Introduction: VL 1071 is an efficient, non-yellow free radical(I) type light initiator, which is mainly used in UV curing of unsaturated prepolymers(eg acrylate) together with single or multifunctional group monomers and oligomers.
Chemical structure formula:
Technical criteria: Appearance: White crystal
Purity: ≥ 99.0
Melting point: 72.0-75 .0 °C
Absorption wavelength(nm): 250
Should be used: mainly used for paper, wood, metal and plastic surface acrylic resin varnish coating UV curing. It has a good non-yellow degeneration. Even if the cured coating is exposed to sunlight for a long time, the degree of yellow change is very small, so it is particularly suitable for coatings and inks that require a high degree of yellow change. Its outstanding performance is no benzene release after curing, especially suitable for food-grade printing recipes.
Recommended concentration: 1.0-5.0 %
